About Joe
Joe L. Brown Jr. grew up around the trades and found his calling in welding. Over the past decade he has taught welding at the secondary and post-secondary level, built programs from scratch for schools with no prior welding infrastructure, and trained instructors who had the heart but needed the technical foundation.
His work spans public schools, workforce development agencies, correctional re-entry programs, and community colleges. Every engagement starts with a real assessment of what the organization needs — not a one-size-fits-all package.
